About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and guidance to children and young people. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Providing personalized support to meet the individual needs of each child, adhering to OFSTED regulations.
  • Organizing and facilitating engaging social activities, such as outings, community involvement, and occasional holidays.
  • Contributing to the daily running of the home by assisting with laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and other essential tasks.
  • Actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas and best practices to enhance care delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with our clinical team and local authorities to ensure comprehensive support for the children.

Qualifications and Requirements

While prior experience in childcare or health and social care is beneficial, it is not essential. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to equip you with the necessary skills. A full UK driving license is preferred due to the nature of the work.
