About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Property Secretary to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for a range of property projects, including preparing reports, raising purchase orders, and managing diaries and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports, raise purchase orders, and appoint contractors
  • Track project budget sheets and manage the office's petty cash account
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and agendas
  • Maintain databases, audio, and copy typing
  • Provide administrative support for property projects
  • Manage and monitor store repair orders
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and post
  • Organize, update, and distribute weekly reports
  • Manage and monitor legal documents

Requirements

  • Proven secretarial/admin experience, ideally in the property sector
  • Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Expert audio and copy typing skills
  • Great literacy and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • A flair for organization and confidence communicating at all levels
