Planning/scheduling Administrator

As a Planning/Scheduling Administrator with Clearway, you will be responsible for:
- Loading new instructions and removing inspections from schedules as per client requirements.
- Utilising your advanced Excel skills to analyse data, create formulas, and generate reports.
- Using route optimisation software to enhance scheduling efficiency.
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks to support operational aspects across the business under the Void Property Team.
**Key Skills and Experience**:
- Highly proficient in Excel with the ability to create complex formulas, analyse data, and generate reports.
- Experience in operational and/or sales administration.
- Customer service experience, particularly in business-to-business interactions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience of working with route optimisation software would be beneficial although training will be given.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Excellent prioritisation skills to manage a busy workload effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
