Administration Assistant

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in data entry tasks and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Computerise documents using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Support the team with any other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy levels
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in a clerical role is desirable
