Contract Administrator

There’s a permanent part time opportunity for you here as a Contract Administrator at our Runcorn office. This is a 20 hour contract covering Monday to Friday.
**The Role**
- Provide telephone support and answer calls in a professional manner.
- Research, prepare and supply information as requested.
- Obtain, organise and monitor the use of materials and equipment.
- Operate a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system e.g. Concept/Evolution.
- Data inputting, archiving, arranging meetings.
- Undertake day to day typing and administration in association with the contracts.
- Updating holiday and sickness records.
- Assist in undertaking office duties, which are required to fulfil our contractual obligations.
- Act as a central source of information dealing directly with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Compiling monthly reports for Dalkia UK stakeholders and client.
- Follow-up actions from client liaison meetings.
- Maintain relevant contract tracking spread sheets / systems
- Place monthly cleaning stores orders
- Order PPE and relevant site equipment and materials
- Assist payroll with overtime administration (CPA)
- Undertake any other reasonable duty as directed by your line manager.
- General ad-hoc administrative duties as directed by the Operations Manager
**Hours of Work**
- Monday to Friday, part time 20 hours per week
**Qualifications and Experience Required**:
- Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable
- Strong administration duties
- Excel and Microsoft experience
- To be able to prioritise own workload.
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
