Frankton Group are security professionals delivering high quality security logistic and site support services across the South and North of the UK.

This is an exciting time to join our company as we are in a period of growth and are looking for a Finance and HR Administrator to join our team based in the North. This role would suit someone who wishes to progress their career within HR.

Main responsibilities are:

- Supporting the HR Manager with administration duties such as:

- Credit checks and vetting for new starters
- Reference checks
- Maintaining the HR database and personnel files
- Issuing Contracts of Employment
- Ensuring the correct paperwork is received for processing starters and leavers
- Setting clients up on XERO
- Credit control
- Processing invoices, credit notes and timesheet management on XERO
- Issuing invoices and PO’s
- General Administration duties such as:

- Maintaining stationary levels, ordering when needed
- Ordering general supplies
- Dealing with post
- Deal with general enquiries
- Any other Ad-hoc administration work

You will be Liaising with:

- Managing Director
- HR Manager
- Credit controller
- All managers and the Control room staff

**Experience**:

- Using a financial system such as XERO
- IT Literate with knowledge of Excel and Word
- HR administration preferably a minimum of 1 years’ experience
- CIPD qualified or working towards, an advantage
- Has knowledge of the British Standards Screening an advantage but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
