About the Role

Our client are seeking a highly organised and efficient HR Administrator to join our team in Runcorn for a temporary period of 3-4 months. In this role, you will provide a variety of administrative support tasks to the HR team, ensuring the smooth running of the department.



Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate employee records and databases
  • Prepare and distribute HR documentation and reports
  • Answer employee enquiries and provide administrative support
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives



Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year's HR administration experience (or similar role)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive and can-do attitude
