About the Role
Our client are seeking a highly organised and efficient HR Administrator to join our team in Runcorn for a temporary period of 3-4 months. In this role, you will provide a variety of administrative support tasks to the HR team, ensuring the smooth running of the department.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases
- Prepare and distribute HR documentation and reports
- Answer employee enquiries and provide administrative support
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1 year's HR administration experience (or similar role)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive and can-do attitude
