What we are looking for an Apprentice Lettings Agent / School Leaver:
A motivated, self-driven individual who’s courteous and professional.

The Career Development
- Liaising with vendors/landlords to discuss the marketing activity of their property
- Training on the art of negotiation
- Finding ways to go above and beyond at every opportunity
- Providing a professional and courteous approach to all clients
- Helping Landlords & tenants in their moving process
- Administration work
- Property management
- Driving licence or learning to drive

Job Title: Full Time Negotiator: Monday -Friday 09.00 - 17.30

**Salary**: Up to £5.28 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
