About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Support Coordinator to join our team at Blakemore Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Assist our Financial Planners with client management, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing meeting materials, updating client files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Business Development: Assist with business development initiatives, including preparing marketing materials and supporting the sales team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM systems and other business software.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
