Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Logistics Assistant to join our team at PMC in Luton. As a key member of our sales and logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth process between orders received and orders leaving the business in the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders from receipt to shipment, ensuring accurate allocation of stock and department coding.
  • Create advice notes and enter serial numbers for UK orders as required.
  • Raise delivery notes and dispatch orders to invoice.
  • Update the ledger and raise invoices for orders.
  • Coordinate UK shipments, including raising DPD labels and manifest for parcels, and booking Aztek for pallet shipments.
  • Provide general sales support and customer updates via phone and email.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Strong administration background, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Able to commute to the office in Luton 4 days a week (5 days during probation).
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Experience using SAGE50 and SAP would be an advantage.
