Job Title: Transport Administrator
Location: Central Bedfordshire

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage driver timesheets and ensure accurate submission to payroll.
- Process expenses and maintain accurate records.
- Administer the Mandata system for multiple depots.
- Verify and input data, resolving any queries that arise.
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in transport or logistics.
- Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in IT systems.
- Previous experience in fleet or transport management.
