Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join our team at JRL Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring drivers' timesheets are accurate and submitted to our Payroll team, dealing with expenses, and administering the Mandata system for multiple depots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Driver's timesheets are correct and submitted to our Payroll team.
- Dealing with expenses.
- Administration of Mandata system for multiple depots.
- Data input & verification.
- Query resolution.
- Standard & ad hoc report preparation.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience.
- Self-starter with eye for detail & a methodical approach to work.
- Excellent communicator and time-keeper.
- IT literate.
- Previous fleet/transport experience.
