Your Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and secure lucrative opportunities within a defined national territory, contributing to sales targets of up to £3,000,000 through the acquisition of new accounts.
  • Strategic Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving continued growth within their businesses.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the automotive refinishes landscape, including competitor analysis and emerging trends. Leverage this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including sales, technical services, marketing, and product management, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.

Your Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the automotive industry, ideally with a focus on refinishes or coatings.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong understanding of business development principles.
