Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst who can navigate the complexities of solving challenges within the e-commerce realm and drive related customer experience initiatives, working closely with other teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define strategic initiatives and business planning to drive growth and innovation.
  2. Analyze and understand current business processes to develop business cases for new features and enhancements.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive project success.
  4. Develop and present business cases to stakeholders to support innovation and drive new value propositions.
Requirements
  1. Masters in a quantitative field, e.g., Business Analytics, Engineering, Econometrics.
  2. 2+ years of experience in business or data analytics, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  4. Experience in developing business cases and presenting them to stakeholders.
  5. Technical understanding of data flows and integrations, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
