Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and expand our business within the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales, preferably within the home improvement, interiors, or design industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Contribute to Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the bedroom and kitchen design sector.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably within the home improvement, interiors, or design industry.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with the local market and key business opportunities within the region.
  • Understanding of bedroom and kitchen design, installation processes, and associated products is a plus.
