Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, and representing our company within the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth and Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive sector.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Commercial Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
    • Lead negotiations with customers to secure profitable orders.
    • Provide actionable commercial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Relationship Management and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
    • Participate in project teams to advocate for customer needs and expectations.
