Job Summary:

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sales function, you will be responsible for driving customer growth, managing key customer relationships, and representing the Sales function within the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Business Development: Identify and assess new business opportunities, including potential new services and standards, to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Customer Management: Lead negotiations throughout the business acquisition process, provide actionable commercial insights to guide business decisions, and set sales price objectives based on market knowledge and competitor analysis.
  • Account Management: Manage key customer relationships, address customer issues, and take proactive steps to reduce overdue accounts.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Key Account Managers in other regions to ensure consistency on a global scale and participate in project teams to advocate for the customer's perspective on quality, costs, and delivery timelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in key account management or commercial roles, with a strong understanding of the automotive market.
  • Skills: Expertise in building and maintaining customer relationships, demonstrated ability to develop new business and explore new markets, and adaptability and flexibility in meeting diverse customer needs.
  • Language: Proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.
