Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Reed. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue across the Midlands area, targeting the hospitality and leisure sectors.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with experience targeting the hospitality and leisure sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities, presenting products and solutions to clients, and developing strong relationships with decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the hospitality and leisure sectors
  • Present products and solutions to clients, understanding their needs and providing customized proposals
  • Develop strong relationships with decision makers and deliver continuous account management
  • Manage customer expectations and log sales activity in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, targeting the hospitality and leisure sectors
  • Successful experience in new business development and account management
  • Ambitious and driven personality
