Exciting Opportunity for Business Graduates

Adaptable Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Support Administrator to join our team in a growing and reputable company. As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Brokerage of load opportunities to our third-party subcontract partners.
  • Creation of work on our transport management system.
  • Liaising with customers regarding load opportunities and updates.
  • Reconciling customer orders with transport plans.
  • Organizing and responding to enquiries.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new hauliers.
  • Assisting in new customer sales.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A business-related degree.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong people skills and excellent communication.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £26,000.
  • A core working hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 13:00 Friday.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
