About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wincanton. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our stock management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Investigate and report any stock discrepancies, taking corrective action to resolve the issue.
  • Process customer queries and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
  • Conduct large stock adjustment investigations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Update the Warehouse Management System with accurate information to reflect stock levels and customer expectations.
  • Administer various management reports to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Goods In queries and Replenishment issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and report on abandonment issues to optimize stock availability.
  • Conduct unit load investigations to maximize stock availability.
  • Perform expiry stock checks to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with ad hoc departmental tasks as required.

About You:

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Confidence using a PC and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks.
