About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Direct Health Team as a Sales Support Specialist. As a key member of our Private Medical Insurance Customer Retention and Service Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, live chat, and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Private Medical Insurance products and services, enabling you to make informed recommendations to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
