About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our Solutions team at Ocado Group. As a key member of our international partnership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our business through strategic partnerships and commercial development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new international partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive commercial growth and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business cases, financial models, and commercial agreements
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract development to secure new partnerships and agreements
  • Provide market analysis and insights to inform business development strategies and decisions
About You
  • Proven experience in business development, commercial growth, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of international markets, business operations, and e-commerce
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
