About the Role

At Assystem, we are committed to accelerating the energy transition worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of Integrated Project Controls processes for Cost.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the PCM or IPC Cost Manager to develop, implement, and maintain cost management processes, including the production of monthly reports.
  • Provide intelligent information and analysis to support project goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with other disciplines of Integrated Project Controls and project support functions to ensure seamless delivery of project goals.
  • Responsible for the accurate maintenance of all cost data within the financial control system (EcoSys).
  • Assist in the development of cost systems and reports capable of delivering project objectives.
  • Compare and analyze trends within the program and identify areas of risk and opportunities.
  • Oversee the review, acceptance, and integration of cost estimates and forecasts provided by Tier 1 Contractors and suppliers.
  • Adhere to project governance and cost standards and procedures.
  • Ensure all project documents, particularly sensitive nuclear information, are correctly protected and marked in accordance with EDF policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or other related field.
  • Proven relevant experience in a project management or project controls environment in a similar cost role on a major construction project.
  • Experience in the use of cost management software systems such as EcoSys.
  • Experience in the use of a risk management tool such as ARM.
  • Experience in the Nuclear sector.
