  • You will interface with all departments to update the control budget and provide cost-related advice.

  • Experience in developing specialized processes or procedures or authoring industry-relevant articles or publications in your field is preferred.
  • You will maintain the Control Budget.
  • You will develop Control Budget Tools.
  • You will conduct EAC reporting and trend analysis from the Affordable Budget.
  • You will manage costing changes from Handover 1 design to Handover 2 design and track movements from the Affordable Budget.
  • You will ensure that the latest design information is accessible to Site Performance Reporting Teams and Planning.
  • You will support i-PMO (MEH program-wide) Project Controls.
  • You will engage with Client governance.

Qualifications Required:

  • Degree Qualification (or Equivalent)
  • Ability to obtain Security Clearance (BPSS or Higher)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Membership in RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Extensive property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience with large, diverse teams.
  • Experience in managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of how carbon and sustainability considerations will influence the projects you are involved in.

This position requires on-site presence four days a week as per project requirements.
