About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team at Mace. As a key member of our Integrated Project Controls function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and maintain project schedules/plans for the central controls team or programme controls teams.
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of the Integrated Work Schedule (IWS) in adherence with HPC processes.
  • Management of Level 3 (contract) schedules and provision of time-related data and analysis.
  • Support the central controls team to ensure alignment with the Level 2 (client) IWS.
  • Provide quality checks on scheduling data and identify, analyse, and provide solutions to time-related issues.
  • Coordinate and produce schedule reports to a defined reporting cycle.
  • Assist in the trend & change process, including analysis of schedule impact, generating performance indicators, and providing feedback on areas of risk and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction, or another related field.
  • Proven relevant experience in a project management or project controls environment in a similar scheduling role.
  • Experience in the use of scheduling software, ideally Primavera P6 version 7 and above.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Good understanding of other disciplines of project controls, including estimating, cost, and risk, and management techniques and associated software.
