About the Role:
Mace is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Project Controls function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain project schedules/plans for the central controls team or programme controls teams.
- Timely and accurate maintenance of the Integrated Work Schedule (IWS) in adherence with HPC processes.
- Management of Level 3 (contract) schedules and provision of time-related data and analysis.
- Support the central controls team to ensure alignment with the Level 2 (client) IWS.
- Provide quality checks on scheduling data and identify, analyse, and provide solutions to time-related issues.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in project controls and scheduling. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment and be able to work effectively in a team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction, or a related field.
- Proven relevant experience in a project management or project controls environment in a similar scheduling role.
- Experience in the use of scheduling software, ideally Primavera P6 version 7 and above.
