Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee significant flood defense initiatives within our Regional Civils division. This role is pivotal in the execution of one of the most substantial flood protection projects in the region.


Employment Type:
Permanent, full-time


Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams, including commercial, engineering, and program control experts, to address client needs and establish a comprehensive project plan.
  • Ensuring project schedules are developed in accordance with P6 standards, maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitoring project timelines, identifying potential setbacks, and executing necessary corrective measures.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and various stakeholders to ensure adherence to project specifications and commitments.
  • Working closely with senior management to inspire, guide, and develop specialized teams to achieve objectives for both internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
This role is suited for individuals who possess:

  • Prior experience with main contractors on civil or marine projects.
  • Membership in the Association for Project Management or a similar organization, with a focus on achieving chartered status.
