About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets in the enterprise segment, leading a small go-to-market sales and marketing team with growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets for customer acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Build, lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing go-to-market sales and marketing team.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities, particularly within industries that rely on structured data comparison and management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track, analyse, and communicate key metrics to ensure the sales team's performance is on target.
  • Collaborate with product management, R&D, and development teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of sales experience of enterprise software sales (on-prem and SaaS) with 2-3 years in sales management.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling a high-performance sales organisation, ideally with regional or global experience.
  • Good understanding of content/data compare use cases, particularly within industries such as software development, publishing, or regulated industries such as financial services, aviation, etc.
  • An understanding of XML/JSON or document comparison and version control technologies is an advantage.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in sales forecasting.
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., ZohoCRM) and sales automation tools.
