Job Title: Legal Director

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Director to join our client's innovative start-up Law Firm. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall compliance with the terms and conditions of the firm's CLC authorisation.

Job Details:
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Monday – Friday, flexible hours
  • Remote working with some onsite training and meetings (all expenses covered)
  • Profit sharing arrangements

Main Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring the overall compliance with the firm's regulatory requirements
  • Update and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Play a key role in the strategic growth of the department, contributing to business development and networking activities
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Paralegals and support staff
