Job Title: Legal Director

We are seeking an experienced Legal Director to lead our legal team at Everpool. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance to support the growth and development of our business.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to the management team and other stakeholders
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and development
  • Manage and supervise a team of lawyers and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with a strong track record of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
