  • We ensure that our company's regulatory policies and daily guidelines, including food safety and sanitation regulations, are strictly followed.
  • We supervise and oversee the sales performances of our stores.
  • We ensure proper shift assignments for our team members.
  • We maintain high standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety.
  • We recruit, select, orient, and train our part-time staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • We foster a passionate working environment that encourages our bubble baristas to grow and improve.
  • We respond to customer complaints and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • We train and educate our team on drink processes and policies.
  • We manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the fast-paced food and beverage industry, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
