About the Role

Caramel Talent is seeking a highly skilled Content Creator and Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy, with a focus on creating engaging and visually compelling content for digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content calendar to maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence, aligning with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes;
  • Brainstorm and execute content ideas with the Marketing team to resonate with our target audience and boost engagement and brand awareness;
  • Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, brand partners, and sporting events to create joint content projects that amplify brand reach and engagement;
  • Capture and edit compelling lifestyle and product photography and videos to convey impactful brand stories;
  • Lead seasonal shoots and enlist support from content creators to craft impactful launch campaigns for SS, AW, and capsule collections, both in-studio and campaign imagery;
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to seize opportunities for content innovation, optimization, and audience growth;
  • Interact with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content, nurturing a sense of community and brand advocacy;
  • Analyze content performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions) to assess success and refine future content strategies;
  • Recruit talented content creators to help articulate the brand narrative;
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or sports industries;
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing high-quality content creation, either on personal or business social media accounts;
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, evidenced by a history of creating engaging content and growing social media followings;
  • Proficient in photography and videography, adept at using editing software to craft visually impactful graphics and animations;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at storytelling and brand narrative;
  • Possess a network of videographers and photographers for scalability in projects;
  • Creative thinker with a passion for sustainability, sports, and visual storytelling;
  • Highly organized with robust project management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic startup environment;
What We Offer

£40,000 per annum plus bonus and share options.
