Due to continued success, the corporate department is seeking the addition of a Solicitor to join their high calibre team of four in Chester.

**The Role**

**We are looking for an experienced Social Media / Content Creator to work with one of our fast-growing Corporate / Real Estate team.**

This role involves collaborating closely with the team to identify the target audience, create relevant posts, and analyse the performance of past content to understand what has increased our following and what has not been as successful.

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Developing a tailored plan detailing post content, frequency, target audience, and objectives.
- Proficiency in crafting engaging captions and content that captivates the audience.
- Ability to navigate new and emerging areas of social media and marketing independently.
- Collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in filming and editing content/videos.
- Analyzing posts to inform future improvements.
- Adapting to changing social media algorithms and trends while maintaining the brand's respectful image.
- Multitasking and managing an organized plan of content and social media responsibilities.

This role will play a key part in supporting our teams fast growing success.

**Personal Specification**

Ideally creative with previous experience in professional services and social media. You will be pro-active, efficient, organised, keen to take the initiative and to drive matters forward.
- Commercial awareness.
- Confidence
- Precise communication skills, both written and oral.
- Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong rapport and to establish and maintain effective working relationships online and in person.
- Knowledge of how to use different editing systems
- Ability to plan work and prioritise tasks in advance.
