Job Title: Call Centre Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Call Centre Advisor to join our dynamic team at Chessington World of Adventures Resort. As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support to guests via phone, email, and live chat, mastering our booking system to facilitate guest orders efficiently.
  • Ensure swift and professional responses to enquiries, exceeding guest expectations and enhancing their stay by introducing additional products to our Short Breaks packages.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the attractions you work with, collaborating with team members to meet personal and team targets.
  • Take on additional duties as they arise, contributing to the spellbinding experiences we create daily.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, managing customer service, sales, upselling, and swift resolution of customer enquiries.
  • Ability to achieve objectives and surpass sales targets in our dynamic Contact Centre environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed, thriving in challenging moments.
  • Upbeat and approachable personality.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and time management expertise, effortlessly adapting to ever-changing priorities and demands.
