Business Development Manager

Connect Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business development targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, advertising, and other means
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive account growth and customer satisfaction
  • Proactively prospect for new clients through cold calls, emails, and industry conferences
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals
Requirements:
