We are seeking an experienced administrator to support our team at Sutton Carers Centre. The successful candidate will be skilled in office administrative functions, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, friendly, and smooth-running Centre.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and improve systems in an office environment
- Oversee reception functions, including support for administration and reception volunteers
- Provide administrative support to the team, including IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Work closely with Carers, colleagues, and partners to help maintain their health and wellbeing
- Excellent IT, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Ability to express yourself well in person and in writing
- Positive, empathic, creative, and boundaried approach to working with Carers and colleagues
- Enhanced DBS and other appropriate checks
