Job Title: Office Administrator

Opus Technology is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our Service Delivery Team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the improvement of our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes and alignment with Microsoft Dynamics and associated tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and other business systems
  • Ensure the integrity of our business data
  • Manage reporting using CRM dashboards and Power BI
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, user training, and development of associated training materials
Requirements:
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ability to implement small changes
  • Ability to create reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including project management and software development
  • Experience in digital transformation change management
