Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the improvement of business efficiency through analysis of internal processes and alignment with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.
  • Provide day-to-day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and other business systems.
  • Ensure the integrity of business data and manage reporting using CRM dashboards and Power BI.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing, user training, and development of associated training materials.
