About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Service Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the improvement of our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes and alignment with Microsoft Dynamics and associated tools.
Your primary focus will be on providing day-to-day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and our other business systems, ensuring the integrity of our business data and management reporting using CRM dashboards and Power BI.
