Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for technology? Do you have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a keen eye for process improvement? We're seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Service Delivery Team at Opus Technology.

About the Role

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the improvement of our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes and alignment with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated tools. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and other business systems
  • Ensuring the integrity of our business data
  • Creating reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS)
  • Working with cross-functional teams, including Project management and software development
  • Supporting digital transformation change management
