About the Role

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the improvement of our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes and alignment with Microsoft Dynamics capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day support and administration for MS Dynamics 365 and other business systems
  • Ensuring the integrity of our business data
  • Creating reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS)
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project management and software development
  • Participating in user acceptance testing, user training, and development of associated training materials
