Business Analyst - MS Dynamics

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT department at Pertemps Network Group, a national recruitment agency group with a strong digital presence. This is a permanent, full-time role based in our head office near Coventry.

The Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in implementing Microsoft Dynamics, connecting business requirements with technical solutions to support company operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs
  2. Designing and developing effective business processes to optimize the use of Microsoft Dynamics
  3. Supporting the implementation and testing of Microsoft Dynamics solutions
  4. Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  5. Developing and maintaining data models and data dictionaries
  6. Ensuring data quality and integrity through data governance practices
  7. Documenting and creating user stories
  8. Providing ongoing support and training to users
  9. Building strong relationships with business and tech stakeholders
Requirements:

The successful Business Analyst will have:

  1. Strong experience as a Business Analyst
  2. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  4. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  5. Experience of working in an agile environment
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Experience of Azure DevOps is desirable
  8. Experience of being a Product Owner is desirable
  9. Experience of working in the recruitment industry is beneficial but not essential

  1. A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
