Savills Management Resources is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Residential Lettings Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional lettings management services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lettings Administration: Ensure that all lettings administration tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, including responding to rental enquiries, booking viewings, and agreeing offers.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our properties and attract new residents.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Occupancy and Revenue Management: Work closely with the property management team to achieve high occupancy rates and maximize revenue.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is completed to a high standard.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to the property management team on lettings performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service ethic and background, with the ability to provide exceptional service to residents.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and colleagues.
- Organizational: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
- Technical: Proficient in using property management software and other technical tools to manage lettings and property operations.
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (5 over 7 days). The salary for this role is £30,000 (up to 10% discretionary bonus). Please see our Benefits Booklet for more information.
