Assistant Lettings Manager - Residential Lettings

We are seeking an exceptional Lettings Professional to join our team as an Assistant Lettings Manager - Residential Lettings. As a key member of our Estate Agency team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth in the residential lettings market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential lettings properties, ensuring timely viewings and successful lettings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on lettings and property management.
  • Work closely with the Lettings Team to achieve sales and lettings targets, and contribute to the overall success of the Estate Agency.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to enhance our services and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential lettings, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of the residential lettings market, including current trends and legislation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum.
  • On-target earnings of £40,000 - £45,000+.
