Job Title: Residential Lettings Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Lettings Manager to join our team at Property Personnel. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing all leasing and rental activities within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all leasing and rental activities within our portfolio
  • Interface directly with multiple stakeholders, including potential tenants and members of the property management, investments, and branding team
  • Drive growth of the brand by launching the management of a third-party lettings and property management business
  • Key marketing and branding projects for a growing real estate brand
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly revenue and cost variance analyses and other periodic reporting
  • Manage tenant references, KYC, and other critical onboarding processes
  • Negotiate leasing agreements, enforce key elements of those agreements, and maintain good relationships with tenants
  • Leverage data analytics and interface with various constituents across the organization to optimize pricing strategy across the real estate platform
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a leasing professional in London, preferably leasing multifamily rental properties in Central London
  • Experience in marketing and branding preferred
  • Excel proficiency required to interface with budgeting and accounting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a 'do whatever it takes' attitude
  • Strong understanding of Central London residential real estate markets
  • Deep understanding of key aspects of the Central London leasing process
  • Ability to drive rental growth through unit dressing and design
  • Strong organisational, execution, and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated eye for design and aesthetics
  • Solid business instincts and ability to proactively drive cost savings
  • Familiarity with residential Health and Safety requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle multiple, competing priorities
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
What We Offer:

The salary for this position will be in the region of £70-80,000 depending on experience and qualifications, and a significant annual bonus will also be offered.
