Residential Lettings Coordinator

Dove and Hawk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Lettings Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the residential team, you will be responsible for the administration and management of residential tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the lettings team, ensuring efficient marketing of vacant properties.
  • Draft and issue Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements accurately.
  • Manage rent increases for Regulated Tenancies and Assured portfolio.
  • Collate tenant references for new lettings and protect residential deposits.
  • Issue rent credits/debits and liaise with external agents on new lettings.
  • Diary manage property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs.
  • Oversee compliance of EPCs for the residential portfolio.
  • Commission repair work and instruct gas safety compliance.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 months of experience in a business/administrative capacity in the property industry.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Horizon experience is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • A team player with a friendly and personable approach.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solution-focused, self-starter, and self-motivated.

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Office Based - Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
