Residential Lettings Coordinator

Dove and Hawk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Residential Lettings Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the residential team, you will be responsible for the administration and management of a portfolio of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the lettings team, ensuring efficient marketing of vacant properties and accurate drafting of tenancy agreements.
  • Collaborate with external agents to execute lettings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as oversee the return of tenancy deposits in a timely manner.
  • Commission repair work and instruct gas safety compliance, ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance.
  • Diary manage property viewings, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring seamless communication with tenants and contractors.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 months of experience in a business or administrative capacity within the property industry.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • A self-motivated and solution-focused individual, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: Office Based - Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
