Job Title: Complaints Handler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Handler to join our team at Teleperformance. As a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to gather information and provide updates on the status of their complaint.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or complaint handling role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
