Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative clinician to provide clinical and strategic team leadership and management to the Wheelchairs Service. As a Service Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, creating a culture of teamwork and innovation, and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Duties
  • Provide clinical and strategic leadership to the Wheelchairs Service team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including staff supervision and performance management
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders

Requirements
  • Registered Allied Health Professional (AHP) or Nurse with active Registration
  • BSc or equivalent in relevant Clinical Professional area
  • Evidence of post-graduate CPD
  • Significant post-graduate experience in community healthcare and long-term conditions
  • Experience of leading and managing clinical teams, including HR and professional management
