We are seeking a dynamic and innovative clinician to provide clinical and strategic team leadership and management to the Wheelchairs Service at Wiltshire Health and Care LLP.
Main Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of the service, creating a culture of teamwork and innovation.
- Implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Overseeing the performance of the clinical team and technical delivery and repairs team.
- Registered Allied Health Professional (AHP) or Nurse with active Registration.
- BSc or equivalent in relevant Clinical Professional area.
- Evidence of post-graduate CPD.
- Significant post-graduate experience in community healthcare and long term conditions.
- Experience of leading and managing clinical teams, including HR and professional management.
